The first step of designing or staging a home is to schedule a walk-through with an Accredited Staging Professional. Our team will walk through your home room-by-room to discuss cost-effective ways with updates to the house, finding the best features and trouble spots while giving the best solutions. During this walkthrough, you are more than welcome to take notes. Then, there is an option to receive an interior room-by-room detailed report of the items discussed during the walkthrough. We also include an exterior report, as curb appeal is huge in potential buyers coming into your home

In addition to the Property Presentation Analysis, we will do the work to transform your home into a masterpiece that will outshine your competition! We overemphasize the best features of your home to help you get a bigger return on your investment. The arrangement of furniture, art, and accessories is included; however, the client will be responsible for having assistance present for heavy items.
