Leslie Ann Westmoreland, ASP

Leslie Ann is a native Nashvillian with a business background and knows first and foremost the transformation our city has undergone over the last several years, including the rise and demand for successful real estate. This knowledge is put to use when staging homes to their fullest potential, reflecting the character of the neighborhoods and the charm of the home. 

She is an ASP, Accredited Staging Professional®, and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals®. Leslie Ann turns vision into reality while incorporating new ideas, placements, focal points, and arrangements. Leslie Ann works diligently with the client to ensure ideas are heard and expounded upon. Her keen eye for detail and sharp organizational skills make the most of each space, pushing it to its full market potential. 

Leslie Ann's drive, communication, and creativity appeal to owner and realtor alike, making her the vital component in staging a home for sale.

Julie McFarlin

Julie finds excitement and thrill in moving. "Whether relocating within the same city or moving miles away, there is always something refreshing about a new space. The opportunity to declutter and incorporate fresh new decor is an exhilarating feeling when working with clients. I love to create spaces in each client's home that brings the most value in the current market."

Having resided in Atlanta, Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin, Julie adapts to both local homes and her audience in any environment. She looks to her knowledge and resources to provide clients with complete satisfaction.

Julie's training, enthusiasm, and passion for helping clients create beautiful spaces and her natural eye for organization allow buyers to see the full potential of each home.
